What happens if people get their troops wiped due to downtime ?

People FS them to a time that is convinient to them. There must be loads of people now that have missed thier chance (ie work, school, sleep ...).

Maybe you should think about a short ceasefire when the game goes back on line.

Plus as the man said abvoe a update would be nice. Game is going to be down for days maybe only hour. Ty

Ceasefire will always be implemented every time there is  an emergency shutdown or server errors . So no worries for all the troops that are out in the Stronghold.

By the way Gm's hope you could give us some updates.

Gem Compensation is actually a good thing to do....but please...no reset and reverting to the past...  and pleaseeeeee......give us some clue of what's going on and at what time can we continue the game..

1 - some players (including myself) has qued errands (troops,building,skill, etc). Imagine you coming back to your PC at a time things were supposed to be finished to sort some more errands in but only to find a server shutdown.....and you don't know when you will be able to access it again.......lessay i was late for 2-3 hours.....for 9 cities and a tight planning of que's, that 2-3 hour can cause you your whole troops in the future.....

2 - in terms of an attack....some players have identify the pattern of some players or farms in order to attack them at a designated time ONLY. Lessay...i know of a farm where i can farm with the most efficient return of resources at certain times three times a day with a fixed number of troops EVERYDAY. what if i missed the timing....and ended up losing 30 trips of farming....which will effect my whole rythm and tuning of farming....ohh shucks....looks like i need to readjust ..TOTALLY........

Time is really important..and waiting is not in my good behaviour list....
What i have planned carefully and patterned out...pooooooooof...gone......
guess what......this is the reason i stop playing for 6 month in the past......THREE TIMES of server reset and reverting at my time........and it cost me TONS and TIME..so for me please...NO SERVER RESET AND REVERT....all my time and effort gone.....i sure hope i won't see it again...
